From CMJ.com: “For those who received a shiny Nintendo Wii this holiday season, a new Web application allows MP3tunes users the ability to stream their digital music through the gaming console and control it via remote.

“Created by a third-party developer, WiiTunes uses the MP3tunes’ Music Locker… that syncs it to their mobile devices and streams it from almost any computer connected to the Internet.

“The Music Locker is already compatible with the Sony PlayStation 3 and a variety of Windows Mobile devices.

“You need the Internet Channel installed on your Nintendo Wii to access the WiiTunes application, which costs 500 Wii points ($5), to get to Mp3tunes.com…”
