GOOM RADIO HEAD OF PROGRAMMING EXITSRadio Online reports today that Tim Herbster has resigned as VP/Programming for Goom Radio. His departure follows those of CEO Rob Williams (September, see RAIN here) and Chief Sales Officer Drew Hilles and Marketing Director Hayeon Kim (both in October, here). MIROAMER PARENT COMPANY TRADES ON FRANKFURT EXCHANGEThe parent company of miRoamer, Mi Media Holdings, is now trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, which will give the company access to European capital markets to fund growth and expansion plans into Europe and Asia.
The miRoamer software is an Internet radio platform for consumer devices like car radios, smart phones, gaming consoles and televisions and home stereo systems. MiRoamer powers the Blaupunkt Internet radio for the automobile (here). GREATER MEDIA RE-UPS WITH LIQUID COMPASS Streaming delivery solutions company Liquid Compass has re-signed broadcast group Greater Media, Inc. to a multi-year contract. Greater Media owns 23 radio stations in U.S. markets including Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, Philadelphia and New Jersey. Liquid Compass provides stream  hosting and ad-serving (via Ando Media’s Ad Injector). Other Liquid Compass customers include Lincoln Financial Media, Bonneville, Crawford Broadcasting, BMP Radio, Wilks Broadcasting, Sandusky Broadcasting, Saga Communications, and Salem Communications.
