The 5th annual RAIN Las Vegas Summit, coming up on Monday, April 14th (concurrently with the NAB Show) at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, sponsored in part by Ando Media, is shaping up to be one of our best Summits ever!

Advance registrations are $120. Just click on the following PayPal link to buy a registration with any major credit card:

Speakers just added to the agenda include royalty law expert David Oxenford, Bid4Spots’ Dave Newmark, Triton Media’s Bill Freund, Custom Channels’ Dave Rahn, and Liquid Compass’s Zachary Lewis.

Announced features include the debut of a new major national research study, RadioNext, that looks at the radio listening behavior of today’s online consumers (sponsored by RAIN, Ando Media, and Solutions Research Group), a revised and expended version of my “The Future of Radio“ keynote (first seen at Radio Ink’s Convergence ’08 conference a couple of weeks ago), and a great presentation on website design from Edison Media Research’s Tom Webster.

Other speakers announced last week included webcasters Rusty Hodge, the entrepreneur behind the popular SomaFM multichannel webcast, and GotRadio’s Val Starr, Katz Net Radio Sales president Jennifer Lane, and longtime radio broadcaster Ivan Braiker, now of HipCricket.

It should be the biggest gathering of Internet radio people of the year — with a crowd comprised of both the broadcast radio side and the Internet-only side of our business. (See last year’s agenda here and some photos from last year’s event here.)

In addition, we’ll have speakers and panelists representing many of the world’s top broadcasters and webcasters, plus key vendors to our industry.

The Summit will be held from 12n to 5pm on Monday, April 14th, with our 8th annual RAIN Reader Las Vegas Cocktail Party following from 5pm to 7pm at our original location, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant.

Good airfares are still available from most cities and there also seem to be plenty of affordable hotel rooms still available.

More details to follow in RAIN every day next week. Hope to see you there!
