It’s not too late to make plans to join us in Las Vegas in ten days — on Monday, April 14th — for the RAIN Las Vegas Summit .

12:45-1:05 — Presentation: RadioNext. Jeff Vidler presents the key findings of RadioNext, a new study of the media habits of online consumers, commissioned by Solutions Research Group, Ando Media, and RAIN.
1:05-1:15 — Royalty update from legal expert David Oxenford.
1:15-1:35 — Panel #2: The New & the Cool (Part 1). See first-person accounts of some of the hottest new programming and product developments.
1:35-2:05 — Keynote #1: The Future of Radio. RAIN publisher and AccuRadio CEO Kurt Hanson shares his view of where radio is headed over the next three to ten years and the vast oppotunities that will open up.
2:05-2:30 — Panel #3: What to Do About HD Radio? Broadcasters have already spent over $647.5 million in cash and airtime on a plan that doesn’t seem to be working. But is there a fallback plan that might work?
2:30-2:45 — Break.
2:45-3:10 — Panel #3: Helping Musicians & Labels. The Internet radio medium could be a musician’s best friend! Let’s discuss how. Panel featuring critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter Jude.
3:10-3:40 — Keynote #2: Unleashing Internet Radio from the PC. Presented by Pandora CEO Joe Kennedy and CTO Tom Conrad.
3:40-3:55 — Artist showcase: Jude.
3:55-4:10 — Presentation: The State of Radio Websites. Edison Media Research’s Tom Webster will share his controversial and insightful opinions regarding radio station websites today.
4:10-4:20 — Presentation: Top Webcasters & Sellout Rates by Ando Media CEO Bob Maccini
4:20-4:45 — Panel #4: The New & the Cool (Part 2). Several more exciting new services present, including FlyTunes‘s efforts to bring Internet radio to the iPhone.
4:45-5:00 — Wrap-up by Kurt Hanson and Paul Maloney.

And then…

5:00-7:00 — 8th Annual Las Vegas RAIN Reader Cocktail Party at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant.

Sounds good, right? More content crammed into five hours than many two- or three-day conventions have — plus a great cocktail party! We hope you’ll find a way to join us. (Airfares aren’t bad and there are lots of available hotel rooms in town.)
